All orders shipped in the Continental U.S.A. will be shipped by UPS Ground or else specified by customer. Residential request for air, express, certified or insured delivery will be extra. Orders shipped by UPS can't be shipped to a Post Office but can be shipped by Priority Mail. All orders shipped overseas will be shipped via Air Mail and charged to your credit card. Everything else, shipping charges will be added regardles of order size. All shipping costs include, packaging,containers, handling, and postal charges plus confirmation charges. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged the shipping and handling rate by weight. If the cost of shipping is left off the invoice, we reserve the right to add it on your credit card. Any shipments going over seas which are confiscated by Customs or any other Governmental agency will not qualify for a refund from us since we have no control of a foreign country. Any item which contains Ma Hung or Ephedra is banned in Austrailia. Shipments overseas will be shipped via Air Bourne, air mail. If you want your shipment insured, customer must request it on final order form under comments. We reserve the right to limit quanities. We will ship all orders received but can not guarantee delivery unless the shipment is insured. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, confiscated, damaged or late deliveries. We will not be responsible for bad or incomplete addresses or postal zones. If package is returned to us for incomplete addresses, we will notify you and the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
